It’s also a great spot to cast a line, with opportunities to catch redfin perch and other freshwater species while you paddle. With no powerboats allowed, the weir remains quiet and safe for canoeing, kayaking, and fishing alike.
Waroona Dam (Lake Navarino)
Kayaking at Waroona Dam offers a fun and scenic way to explore the water, with plenty of space to paddle at your own pace. Lake Clifton & Yalgorup National Park
Canoeing and kayaking are not permitted to protect the sensitive ecosystems of the Yalgorup National Park. The nearby Peel-Harvey Inlet is a great alternative to enjoy the Lake Clifton area by kayak.
